Hi all,
A writ of control has been ordered by the county court to take control of good.
Would it be a plausible idea to sell all of my belongings to my partner and provide a receipt and inventory to them for a sum of say £10.
Thanks
Could I “sell” my belongings to my partner to prevent recovery

That wouldn't work.
Goods of the debtor become bound under the enforcement power of the writ of control, once it has been issued by the court.
