DPO CCJ THREAT

Hi I’ve been getting threats off DPO about a potential CCJ from a MYJar payday loan in 2019 in which I’ve never made any repayments.
I’ve requested a subject access request from MYjar and DPO, MYJar haven’t responded at all after 6 weeks and today I received off DPO all the data they hold on me. I specifically asked them for proof of debt in which they haven’t provided, they have no contract.
I’ve responded to DPO and asked them to remove my data from there system and take the debt off my credit report in which they’ve not responded yet.
Does anyone have any advice for me on how to proceed with this?

You can ask the Information Commissioner to intervene.
