Help could a bailiff visit on a Sunday back in 2016? I know the law has been changed but was always on the upstanding that bank holidays and Sundays were a no no! In 2016 Could someone help or advise me when the law changed.

The law changed on 6 April 2014.

Bailiffs can attend on a Sunday but not a public holiday.
