New to the forum, I've received a PCN from this company on a private land residents car park, you are allowed to park for up to 20 minutes which I was aware of, but as I had to visit a customer at this property the customer made the phone call to the automated line to allow an extended stay for me.
The whole visit was 35 minutes.
I've submitted the appeal but there's nothing to allow your side of things or any supporting evidence.
Any suggestions on the process.
This company is not offering any form of contact beyond automation.
I would totally understand if I had parked for longer than the allowed 20 minutes, but as the resident made the call in front of me to register my vehicle for a longer stay and I heard this on speaker phone I'm rather annoyed.
I look forward to any advice please.
