Marstons Mags Ct (Northampton)

Post by monkeynuts »

Zete.....

Quick question on doing a Stat Dec for the daughters partner....

The issuing court was Northampton (see attached pic)- on the Stat Dec do I sent it to this court. I am assuming its Northampton County Court ....

The whole process is being appealed as everything was sent to an old address. Sadly the clown (I say that very lovingly!) paid £408 yesterday over the phone as was in panic mode!

Here is the procedure to make an out of time statutory declaration, or witness statement.

You MUST attach evidence of your NEW address, otherwise it will be dismissed.

When the enforcement power has been suspended by the court, you can recover the money taken by the bailiff.

Not to sure it's a PCN. Think it's a FPN.

I don't think any council or Northampton County Court issue FPN's.

If it is an FPN then do a section 14 stat dec

Make a free one here: https://www.nationalbailiffadvice.uk/Te ... -fine.html

Otherwise, phone Lancs council with the car registration and ask for the PCN number.

You are as ever correct! PCN issued... Wasn't aware Northampton got involved though hence the confusion.

Small claims? Or request from Marston's direct? He paid £408 on card over the phone as the bailiff told him to pay up!......Even gave him a 'discount' !!
