DCBL Highview Parking

Post by Charlie14 »

DCBL, Highview Parking.

OK back in 2016, this shower (HiewView Parking) tried to say I didn't have a valid ticket for a private paid car park in Stoke. They hounded me for months and months to pay them, I didn't pay a penny! Because I had a valid ticket and still have the proof of this!!

Anyway fast forward a couple of years 12th December 2019, suddenly got a letter off DCBL saying I owe them £169.00!!

So, how do I get these robbing b.....ds off my back!

TIA

Actually the date was 06/02/2015! Gordon Bennett, four and a half years later!!

I would love them to take me to court over this! Especially when I have a valid ticket! Robbing b.....s!

DCBL cannot act in their capacity of High Court Enforcement agents to recover a debt of £169.00 - unless the judgment was made in the High Court as opposed to being transferred from the county court.

The law says bailiffs cannot trade in the purchase of debts.

Therefore you can make them prove their loss. Here is a template: https://www.nationalbailiffadvice.uk/Te ... icket.html

It usually ends the enforcement of a private parking ticket.
