Received an enforcement agent attendance letter delivered by hand , saying owe about £1250 they want at least £500 to set up a payment plan . Please help and advise .

We have had no NOE , just a liability order . I have various letters from the council with all different amounts on . It’s very confusing and not sure how they have come up with this particular figure .
