The admin IP used for logging into the control panel is who you want.
You then apply for the name and address from BT internet.
You can also apply for an order to get the card holders name and address used to pay for hosting and domain registration.
I'll give you the procedure (with court documents) and the legislation to enable you to claim relief
If they still dont pay your relief, theres a nifty way to apply a restriction on their property to flush them out.
