Lowell CCJ

Does anyone know if an Attachment of Earnings order can be made against my Universal Credit payments? The original debt is from a Capital One credit card from 2011

They can if they already have the CCJ. But it's only going to yield £5 a week if you are on prescribed benefits so it won't be worth the expense making the application for the attachment of earning.

Can you give a bit more detail of the debt? Default date, last payment date, the date of any CCJ etc.
