HELP please

Hi guys,
I have a HCEO that attended my property however this year has been a continuous amount of rubbish happening and I am not in a financial position to repay the way they want.
Yes I do have a good job but I also have three children and a house to run.
Years ago my partner had a similar situation and he filled a form in at the court and paid a fee to have this debt transferred back to the original debtor.
My debt is an overpayment from a previous employer.
Any advice would be gratefully received.

You can apply to stay the writ of control and vary the original judgment to be paid monthly.
