Hi got this yesterday out of nowhere it was for going out in lockdowen i was moving and my van had brocken down told the police i was moving the tickets whent to my old address they sentenced me on the 11/09/20 now i have a fine for 811.00 can anyone advise me on the best course of action thank you

Make a "section 14" statutory declaration. and file that at the sentencing magistrates court.
THat will quash the conviction, the fine and the enforcement.
