DCBL - Old parking charge notice

Hi all,

Received this letter dated 08/07/2019.
It went to my old address and has finally been redirected to me.

It’s for parking on private land and says I can’t appeal it anyway.

Do I pay it or ignore it, what are the odds of it escalating?

I just got 6 through... one dated 07/10/2019.

I haven't got a clue what to do. I really dont alwant a ccj some one needs to tell me pay it or leave it. I really can't get a ccj not right now honestly!

if getting shot of a CCJ, then pay it to clear your file then do a reclaim later.

Claiming damages for mortgage interest increase from wrongful bad credit files is very difficult and subject to the rule in CPR 23:10. But it's possible. You can even recover the entire 25 years of mortgage interest difference you have to pay as a result of an incorrect bad credit listing. The claim is brought against the informant, in this case, the parking company that applied for the judgment. Your pre-action notice must give the parking company the opportunity to withdraw the judgment and set out your damages (25 years of mortgage interest difference) if they dont.
