Claim form from county court - CEL

Hi

Need help I have received a claim form from county court - CEL parking

Which the parking charge applied on 29/09/20 for parking in Birmingham . I appeal saying that I tried to call to pay parking phone number provided on that day and it says technical issue and I tried twice . However they rejected appeal and now they sent claim form from Court .. looks genuine as claim no and password working in moneyclaim.gov.U.K.

Please advice what to do now and how to proceed

I got phone provider call data which shows I called them twice to pay
I have appeal them same and rejected

Should I defend if so how best to do ?
