I have had token meters in my last rental. Now Capital Resolve are after me for £41 for undercharging me for gas. This is not true as I left gas in credit. Do I ignore the letters and daily emails
? I fear if I contact or reply to their correspondence I will give the impression I acknowledge the debt when I don't. They say they are going to escalate this for SSE.
