Bailif company car numbers
Hi folks - small problem which I would much appreciate help with.. if you have a vehicle numbers for High court enforcement officers, Manager, Sales person, bailiff, sub contractor etc or any member of staffs car numbers for DCBL DCL or DCB Legal from Runcorn head office or their sub offices it would be much appreciate they are put in this topic. reason criminal intimidation. so any specifically not interested in any others 'black looking coupe / estate 3 litres, Mercedes Audi BMW white vans with side doors, metallic green Audi A3 van with pipe rack and yellow banding on back door..

DCBL's only office is in Runcorn, all the other "offices" are virtual mailbox addresses.
There is no official registry of vehicles used by DCBL, but from client CCTV recordings and doorbell cams, a number of vehicles used by their bailiffs have previously been registered to debtors.
That suggests they take control of vehicles and "sell" them to themselves rather than at an auction.
It came to light after a client got a box-junction fine from a forward-facing traffic camera showing the picture of the car with the bailiff driving it and his girlfriend in the passenger seat.
The only time I get a new keeper address from the DVLA is when a bailiff's fee dispute is raised. I have to apply to a court for a disclosure order to identify the new keeper address.
A fee dispute is called a detailed assessment hearing, under Civil Procedure Rule 84.16.
The new keeper often shows a bill of sale and flow of money they paid a higher price for the car than the bailiff declared in his witness statement.
Some bailiff companies try to defend it by saying they sold it to a motor trader middle-man, but this defence fails because there is no evidence of a compliant sale, and no application made to sell the car other than by auction.
One such individual, trading as A1 Environmental, even claimed he is an "auctioneer" but his eBay account showed that eBay is the auctioneer, and A1 Environmental was the seller.

HI zeke had 9 vehciles outside my property follow formal complaint under reg 9 about Craig Fishwick attacked my property without proper Identification, without a valid court order ..stating my address, failing to provide telephone number or paperwork coerced me into giving car owner ship and home council tax details. generally intimidating me as a disabled pensioner . A generally very unpleasant person DCBL failed to provide court or court case no such that I could have my address removed from the alledged court order only last friday from events on 2nd August do I find there is no highcourt order naming my property - simply an experian report that they 'think' my friend is living at my address.
in thier cort response they claim as they 'have record' within their own system! they sent a letter to my address but not in my name! so should have known he was coming because the court procedures say sending a first class letter unrecorded is a guaranteed method of ensuring it will arrive within 2 days. the fact it never arrived, was not expected, and was not addressed to my making it illegal under the postal act to open it seems to have been missed by the court procedures!
had to ask the matter is kept on record until the data commissioner orders release of the video footage shot on my premises which depending on which document and which part of the document you read - exists in its entirety, exists but has been editied, or deleted.
I have not slept for over two months in any meaningful way. and their is no protection for a non debtor attacked in this manner. and Boy have I looked.
