CCJ Issued by Civil Enforcement Ltd

Dear all, I need your help. I have checked my credit file and was horrified to find that a CCJ had been recorded against me in December 2020. I have never been to court!

My problem is that I had moved from the old property in July and had no correspondence from Civil Enforcement Ltd even though I had informed DVLA of the change of address.

I have written many times and called Civil Enforcement Ltd over 14 times but have never got a reply or even managed to reach anyone on the phone. This is now making me ill.

I am happy to pay the fine if this enables me to get the CCJ set aside from my Credit report.

Could you lovely people offer me any advice?
