Hi all,
a friend of mine has just sent me a message about a Bus lane ticket, it's the first she's heard about it, it's from January 06/2021 and saying she has missed her chance of appeal and they want £90.00. I've looked but can't find anything on bus lane challenges any help would be really appreciated
This is Manchester City Council
many many thanks

Re: Bus lane ticket
Without knowing all the facts it would be hard to assist. Did she not receive the original fine because she moved? It would be hard to argue she didn't receive the first notice if she received the last letter you mentioned and the address is the same. However she could ask the council to provide evidence it was posted and when. Then look at making am OOT stat dec based on their reply.

More info or copies of what she has received would help further. She could always join the private Facebook group here https://facebook.com/groups/dealingwithbailiffs/ if she is unable to post on this forum and we can support her that way
