PE3 or PE2 not sure

Dear all

I am in the bad situation i have drove my car on bus lines 6 times as i have changed address i did not receive any note on birmingham city council i have not noticed until got letters from bailiff they come to remove my goods. I have contact TEC i got the form

My question is which form do i have to filing pe3 or pe2

For unpaid penalty charge

And i have toke to the three Solicitor they did not sing for me

If you got letters from bailiffs about an unpaid moving traffic contravention debt, then you must complete forms PE2 and PE3 and attach evidence of your current address, which MUST be different to the address on the warrant.

You can get the warrant address by calling the TEC on 0300 123 1059, then speak to an agent. In the security check, give the postcode of the warrant address if different to your current address.

If they accept the postcode you give, then you have validated the warrant address.

You don't need a solicitor to attest the PE2 or PE3, they can be attested for free at any county court. Take photo ID with you.
