Lockdown

Anyone know if enforcement is going to be continued through this next phase of lockdown I know they hit the streets in August but would have thought now suspended again ? Civea says ok to continue but nothing from the moj.

The legislation so far says bailiffs can still work, but they cannot enter homes, - or "dwellinghouse" until after 4 February 2021.

The latest round of regulations, rather cumbersome named: The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No.3) and (All Tiers) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, has not made any extensions to the restrictions.

Bailiffs are still clamping cars, mostly working at night and putting notices saying the enforcement is at 6.03am
