TFL

Post by westcunttree »

Morning all,. I am trying to help my friend with a Marstons/TFL issue

He had a hand delivered demand whilst he was out for £500

The thing is he hasn't been to London so knows nothing about it, should I ring TFL first or Marstons?

Would a statutory declaration clear this up?

Thanks in advance

P.S I tried to download your free template letter make the bailiff produce but it says Sorry, the file you have requested does not exist.

Make sure that you have the correct URL and that the file exists.

The respondent can do an out of time witness statement on a form TE7 and TE9 and he must attach evidence of his current address.

If the completed forms to not have evidence of the change of address, the TEC will dismiss the witness statement, section 7 of the Interpretation Act 1978.

I'm not sure what you want the bailiff to produce. Here are some templates: https://www.nationalbailiffadvice.uk/TemplateMenu.html

Here is how to make a late witness statement:

If the late witness statement is not successful, here are some other options.
