Hi everyone.
Thanks in advance for any help.
I know bailiffs are only allowed to enter your home between 6am and 9pm, does the same apply regards seizing your vehicle?.
As it is not your home, can they clamp or remove regardless of time or do they have strict operating hours for all their work?.
I know it's a simple question, but finding an actual answer is proving difficult.
Many thanks again.

Re: Can bailiffs remove vehicle during night?
Any type of bailiff enforcement can only take place between 6am to 9pm (Taking Control of Goods Regs 2013, s13) unless an application has been made under rule 84.6 of the Civil Procedure Rules .
