Can anyone tell me the most obvious mistakes the parking firms make when issuing notices to keepers ?
What should I look out for in terms of non compliance as a defence ?
Also, I know that a lot of carparks use ANPR these days but I believe they have to have signage stating what this data will be used for, not simply state something like ANPR is in operation in the area. I just can't seem to find to any data to show what exactly the wording on signage should be.
One more question, some NTKs state that if they don't the correct for the driver they have the right to charge the keeper ?I see nothing relating to this in POFA. Is this legal ? I mean, you may give s genuine address and the driver may have moved house.

This is a question I feel you need to ask on a specialist private parking forum.
