I have ltd company , last month I have received 2 letter from marston debit collection.
In March 2019 some one driving to bus line twice the register keeper have Ltd company same as me and the company name not much different, I spoke with Nottingham county council they said not ours hand, you have to contact to enforcement agent I spoke with them they send me form pe2 and ep3 I think I send back the form still I am waiting for them. My question do I need a solicitor or what shell I do? I never have this car I never live in Nottingham.

Does your company have a bus lane penalty on a car that's never been owned by your limited company?
If yes, then when you complete the form PE2, your reasons are:
My company has never owned the vehicle whose registration is identified at the top-right of this form PE2.
The form PE2 and accompanying form PE3 must be notarised by a solicitor or at a county court.

Yes my company never owned vehicle. About 3 days ago I send pe2 and pe3 form.
I went to court they singing and send by post.
I have no idea this 2 form for what. I send some proof my company never had vehicle.

The form PE2 is a late appeal.
You have to say why you are late making the statutory declaration.

Do not call them
When the PE2 and PE3 are emailed to tec@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk the enforcement power is suspended until further order by the court.
Wait until the court makes a further order. About 4-6 weeks, usually.
