Marstons removal notice

Got posted a removal letter from marstons. Its for Scarborough council, a parking ticket I forgot all about.

Reading other threads am I right I do t have to pay the fees just the original debt but the letter doesn’t say what that was.

Obviously the original fine was about £70 so £420 is a tad steep.
What do I do when they come back as am normally out at work all day
