My Daughter has just received a PCN from Vehicle Control Services Ltd who operate in The Peel Centre in Gloucester.

They are registered with the IPC they state but not the BPA - are they properly registered in that case?

It is a Private Carpark.

Has anyone dealt with these lot before?

I have tried looking around for the right thing to do but to be honest am finding it a bit confusing.....

I think she should write and tell them to prove she has breached their rules etc as she said they have given her the ticket at 11pm - and she said there were no signs to state this was not allowed etc.

I think they wont go to Court and I would risk it but she is a professional in the finance industry and doesn't want to risk it getting worse and into Court.

Has anyone got a letter we could you or any advice?

Challenge the PCN. It'll get refused. If you have reason why you got the ticket. Wait for their reply. If it is refused they have to issue a POPLA number. Then go to POPLA. see if you can win there.

Also be very careful about being asked to pay for advice from anyone. Itll be money down the drain.

Be honest in your challenge or pay the reduced amount...
