Here we go again

Post by TheInnocent »

I'm not surprised too see a letter addressed to Jodan Lynch from Marstons yet again drop through my box.

To me it looks like they are starting the process again in the vain hope of god knows what.

Rang them up I know you not supposed to and they went you shouldn't have got that it's on file that thus person doesn't live there confirmed by the enforcement agencies. The bailiff never actually dared show up after my rant on the phone to him. Probably decided that some part of his body may go missing.

Still got the original letters from their complaint office saying we will never contact you again.

So since they seem determined to make tits of themselves what can I do next to make them feel that never had sent the letters to me?

I wouldn't bother with the bailiff, just go straight to the council - they are liable for the bailiff they've instructed. Make a formal stage one complaint.

It's a parking ticket and the document is from Marston with an air of corporateness, says it's from their "Removal Division". It's not even addressed to you, so park it in the bin.

It has several contact addresses, none are their actual address, which is Marston Group Limited, Marston Group Limited, Kestrel House, Falconry Court, Baker Lane, Epping, CM16 5DQ. I was there just last week, but only as part of making a YouTube video on parking appeal fixers.

None of the phone numbers on it is genuine, they are all forwarded numbers to 01992 803030

Why Marston need to hide if their cause is genuine?

Marstons have got silent so waiting for the 2nd letter to arrive.

Nottingham County council seem to be playing pass the buck and I got a none reply which went straight into my spam folder. They haven't answer my question whether they have instructed Marstons again or not. They also saying it's not thir responsibility.

There were two cars registered at my address and dvla have removed one which I'm waiting for confirmation off. However it's odd that there hasn't been any other letetrs like time to renew your tax come through to my address

Also there's a 117 Derbyshire Lane in Nottingham. I wonder if they tried looking there.

Well it does pay to pester these people.
Notts County Council have asked the case to be returned to them. Looks like Marstons told them a porky though as the letter doesn't look like a automatic back end letter to me.
