I had a wqter debt, qrranged with bailiffs £100 pcm mire thqn i can afford really but wanted to get it down... I missed payment date after paying 7months as my bank card was cancelled but when i recieved new card made oayment... Now they are sendung out bailiffs again to recover debt whuch theyve added £500 too.. Wth!! whqt can i do? I cant pay £1800

Apply for a stay of execution and a variation. That not only deducts all the bailiffs fees but stops the enforcement action. Here is how to apply for a stay and a variation on a writ of control.
