Good afternoon, hope everyone is having a good Sunday. My wife checked her credit report and noticed there was a CCJ (judgement date added) on the 1st Jan 2018. It’s in her maiden name and also at a previous address that we haven’t lived in for over 8 years. What should I do.

She can apply to set aside the judgment on the grounds the address is wrong and does not know what the judgment debt is for. She completes a form N244 and a short statement attaching evidence of her current address and a screengrab of judgment search result.
