How can i stop them

Hi we sorn our car bk in 2017 then we have just had bailiffs saying they comeing to remove my stuff we have rang dvla and posted proof that the car did not become unsorn and that we scrapped it for them to send another letter saying another bailiff will be comeing to my home what can i do plz help
