Hi all hope all is well .
I recently bought 2 motorbike frames/parts from a reputable importer , unfortunately the parts were in poor condition ,and after a discussion over e-mail . we settled on a reduction of £100. since this has happened I received NOVA tax paid cert for one frame but not for the other .( NOVA certs were promised for both frames in e-bay ad ) Im started to think hes not done the other frame or is withholding this because of the reduction of payment . Three months have past since purchase.
Do I serve a letter of intent then a N1 form .as I rather have the NOVA form rather than a further refund or return to supplier?
Thoughts please .

Re: N1 form query
I thought NOVA was for complete vehicles?
