HCEO here for my son

Post by fabio85 »

Hi
I have been visit by a HCEO last week for my son's debt (university's debt) who doesnt live with me for years.
last time he show me some fake warrant (i think) to enter and remove my stuff but i stop him and show him my
ID and council tax. i have disability and my other son who live here have very bad temper because of the some
issue. however he knocked again today but i did not open the door. he smoked few cigarettes on my garden then
left.
is there anyway to stop him from come back as it seem he is looking to meet my rottweilers

If the bailiff knows the debtor does not live there and his attending is causing you distress then you can apply for an injunction

Here is the procedure. https://www.nationalbailiffadvice.uk/Ba ... -Debt.html
