Hey guys

I received a PCN for 70 pounds from the council. This debt has been passed to the debt collectors who are now requesting over 400 pounds!!

Does anyone have a templates I could use to refute this absurd amount?

Se if you can find an irregularity by looking through the PCN enforcement checklist and let us know what it flags up.

Also, see if you have grounds to stop the bailiffs.

If all that fails, then its time to protect yourself and your home from bailiffs.
