Hi, I have received a letter from Jacobs saying they have been instructed to proceed with the removal and sale of goods and it says this could take place in my absence.
Can Jacobs gain entry by using a locksmith while I’m at work? How can I resolve this without dealing with the bailiff please. I moved into my flat from a women’s refuge as I was a victim of Domestic Violence and suffer anxiety because of this so I don’t want them coming in.
The letter says Removal within 24 hours. It relates to a penalty charge notice from Manchester City Council for parking in a restricted street on 18/10/2017.
Can anyone advise me what to do? Thank you

Re: Jacobs PCN Removal letter
There is no power for bailiffs to break entry for unpaid parking tickets. If you have moved and you did not get a Notice to Owner then you can appeal the ticket and that will stop the enforcement.
