Charge Certificate

Good morning I have received a "Charge certificate" for parking in a restricted street during prescribed hours on 18/6/2018

It said a notice to owner wasr sent to me on the 2/8/2018.

There was never a yellow ticket on the windscreen and I havent received any correspondence until now.

It says the amount was £70 but now £105.

What can I do about this please.

Make an out of time declaration or witness statement.

This is a forum about bailiffs but you have not got bailiffs
. You do an informal appeal with the council.

You're flapping around a bit with this Nigel.

Greenpumpkin, at this stage you can still make a 'late PCN representation' by writing to the council explaining that you knew nothing of this until you received the charge certificate. However, the council have no legal duty to consider this but may bring the PCN back down to the NTO stage to allow you to pay or appeal.

The TEC won't have any record of it at this stage.
