HCEO fees - can fees be charged on a second writ of control

Post by Jase31 »

Hi,I had a CCJ, that was transferred to a HCEO.

Upon the visit from from HCEO I applied to have the CCJ set aside. The HCEO was charging me the original debt, plus court fees, plus enforcement fees,

Due to a delay in court hearing dates the writ of control expired before the set aside hearing.

The hearing dismissed my claim to have the CCJ set aside and is therefore still active but without a writ of control.

If the credit applies for a new writ of control, what happens to the HCEO fees? Do I become liable for fees from the first unenforced writ?
