Help please anyone

Received an sms today

No number just states enforcement

Says my full name as claimant
My home post code as the reference
And then states they have been trying to get in touch and now been sent for immediate enforcement and the enforcement team will be at my address in next 7 days

However there is no contact details to ring them or anything to say who it is

Just ends with enforcement team

Please someone help I suffer with anxiety this is sending me crazy

If it is real then it's not compliant with legislation. What number did it come from?

If you have had an anonymous text message sent to your phone, then you can report it online and they can identify the source as a text-pest.

There is no reason to hide behind anonymity when sending electronic communication unless its intention is to cause distress or anxiety, and that commits an offence under the Malicious Comms Act.

Here is how to report spam text messages from bailiffs.

I received the same text message as stated before? Is it spam?? I am going crazy thinking someone is gonna come round!!!

I do but I pay all of them but like the other person said there is no number or anything to call

Without seeing it and all the info the phone has logged it's hard to say. All I can say is that a legitimate message would have account numbers, details of the debt and a return phone number or email address. If either of you two could take a screenshot and post it up it might help.

Seems strange both getting it no references as such when I searched sms and emails for same e ref just a message came up from debt doctor

Report it to police under section 127 of the communications Act because it looks like a prankster

I got mine at 11.22 am yestersay, was worrying an trying to phone about it, but couldnt find any trace back to it, so im thinkin now its a scam

Just out of interest in this thread has anyone had any dealings with Debt Doctor? I received the same message at 11:23am on 16th August. This was a day after I had spoken with Debt Doctor - I am now getting a bit concerned as they are 'supposed to be' arranging an IVA for me. I am now thinking that this is a big scam and that I should run for the hills. The guy that I have been dealing with has been saying no-one will come your door don't worry about it. If this is a scam and a scare tactics I do not want to associate myself with this company. The only thing is I have sent screen shots of my bank statements to them as he seemed genuine
