Rossendale, council tax
Hi I received a letter through my mums door what I stay at saying ring this number for an overdue council tax bill for an old property I moved out of so any correspondence they sent me went to the old address, until this one letter saying I must pay in full and my chance to pay in installments is gone, I've been paying council tax at another property since, but I've had no correspondence apart from this letter so surely there must be a way to fight his, but I was told they're coming to my mum n dads to start taking goods, I literally have a bed there, really stressed and upset

Write to Rossendales telling them that they must give you 7 clear days notice at your current address, not a previous address. Any enforcement fees must be removed from the account other than the compliance fee (£75) and you must be given an opportunity to negotiate a repayment plan. Copy the council in on the communication.
Make sure all doors to your parents house remain locked and that nobody allows the bailiff inside. If you have a car, park it well away from the house. Text the bailiff and state:
"No NoE received at current address. Complaint gone in and NoE required. Do not visit until matter is resolved. No access will be granted in any case"
