Recived a letter from marston enforcement with added 75 added to a 105 debt I've spoken to them to make a payment of 105 and asked to reduce the 75 pounds as this is extortionate they came up with the scripted response of not our fee it's added on by the courts as its a government requirement what can I do

It's not added by the courts but it is a statutory fee, so unless you were unaware of the fine or never received a further steps notice from the court then there's little you can do.
